This company is scamming people out of their money. Although Brendon has always been kind when providing service, the office is horrible. I’ve called multiple times asking for a record of my contract that I agreed to and corresponding invoices, I have both my primary residence and rental property serviced by Orkin. I spoke to a lady once who assured me she was emailing it over and I never received it. They have increased their charges significantly with no notification, and charged me for visits at my rental property that they never even completed. They are charging me over 40% more than what I agreed to. I am taking my business elsewhere. I tried to cancel once for a similar reason and they assured me it was a mistake and they would honor discounted pricing to retain me as a customer. That obviously was not a genuine offer. You can’t expect to be greedy and keep customers who have been loyal for over 5 years.

Mike came over and did a termite inspection within 4 hours of us calling Orkin. He found a lot of termite damage. Hayden was onsite that afternoon and started treatments. He injected termite killer around the foundation of our home and into the interior walls. Then put bait stations in the grass around our house. The work was very professional and service was fast.

The first woman I talked to said she would send my pricing quote to my email. I called to follow up the next day and spoke to someone else who told me she saw the note on my profile requesting the email but said they cannot email a quote without a commitment. After she refused to just give me pricing and details of coverage in writing I just ended up getting the job done by Blue Beetle at nearly 1/3 of what the Orkin lady quoted me over the phone. Save yourself the hassle and call someone else.
