Today out of last 3-4 visits was the best service. Although all the visits have definitely helped eliminate the issues, it seems Victoria really hit extra areas that were disregarded before. Outstanding tech for sure. Even though couple things were missed I feel was minor they all took care of the issues. Highly recommended.

Flora was so polite. He called to let me know when he was on his way and he arrived on time! He made sure to ask and check for any places we’ve noticed mice & fleas. My four year old was even telling him the issues and he was so kind and attentive to her as well. We have not seen fleas or mice since! The next day Orkin called to see how our first appointment went and scheduled a follow up to really make sure this issue is GONE. We will utilize Orkin from here on out. I called Monday letting Orkin know of the issue we had with hornets. They were able to get me an appointment the very next day and the service technician arrived on time, assessed the situation, told me what he was going to do and how long it would take for us to not see the hornets anymore and then he did the job and was done. Very polite and professional.

Josh came out to take care of my wasp problem. He was very knowledgeable & nice. I just had the treatment done so the results remain to be seen, however I am very confident the problem is taken care of. The price for what they do and include is very reasonable. I would definitely recommend. Josh the technician was great.

First, I was schedule Monday and tech never showed. When I called, apparently they never planned on coming. I had already spent money to board my animals specifically for this day. So that was a waste of money. Then I rescheduled, no big deal. Tech showed up and I showed her my coupon yet I was still charged for full amount? Why? I had $50 off. Makes no sense. Then I had to continue to wait because she didn’t have my contract. (That part isn’t her fault) This whole time orkin has not been professional and have conned people out of their money. Waste of money, they wasted my time.
