Brian inspected the basement and attic because in the past the house had termites in the basement and bats in the attic. There were none in either location. Then he recommended sealing the crawl space in the basement or a heat shield for the attic. I was happy he told me Orkin offered these options. He is a pleasant young man!

Kenneth with Orkin was absolutely outstanding. He showed up on time, was very respectful, professional, and made sure all of my concerns were addressed. I had an upcoming event at my home and he understood how important it was to get my mosquito issue taken care of quickly and properly. I love Orkin. I had so many ants prior to using them and trying my own sprays from hardware stores. Orin. Is the only one that actually keeps bugs (mainly ants). They are professional, call to let you know they’re in their way. Leave messages of not at home. Maybe a little pricey but I guess it’s worth not having ants!

Floro has been working on my house for a few months now and he does great work! My mouse issue has gotten under control and I feel safer knowing that Orkin keeps up with the maintenance visits. Floro also takes the time to allow me to get my dogs out of the house before he inspects with an additional call as he arrives. And today he helped outside of his work responsibilities when a cabinet of mine fell and shattered dishes all over the floor right before he arrived. He went above and beyond and helped me take the cabinet down and unload the remaining dishes before he started with his spray applications. This is personable & excellent service in my mind and I appreciate all of his help with the pests as well as my broken dishes LOL😁👏🏻

You need to be HONEST with your customers! I was told that they would have to spray my house three months in a row for wasps. The three times pass and I am charged an additional amount. Turns put I was secretly signed up for a whole year.

Found a German cockroach in kitchen late at night. Sent out a request at around midnight. They called as soon as they opened at 8am and got me scheduled for an appointment at 12 to 2pm. Pest guy came right at 12pm. And this was on a Saturday. The guy came and explained what he was doing, helped look around the house for signs of more. Didn’t find any but told me what to look for. Answered all my questions. Also put extra stuff around the house inside and out that was for other pests besides cockroaches. Really helped me feel peace of mind which I seriously appreciate because cockroaches are one of my most feared bugs right after spiders of course. Orkin: You're the next service! Brendan was the guy that came by the house and he was super helpful and kind. Highly recommend these guys!

Just wanted to give a shout out to the neighborhood bug guy! Robert Sears! I've never used the services personally but when he comes through you know. He's always so bubbly, outgoing, and friendly. Orkin knew what they were doing hiring him! He's a great asset to the company I'm sure! Appreciate his humor and positive attitude!

Veronica showed up on time this afternoon for periodic treatment for ants. I showed her my areas of concern which she immediately addressed. She thoroughly went through the whole house applying product as needed. Very pleased.

We had (knock on wood it continues to be had) an ant problem. Our home so clean, but inundated with these tiny but persistent ants coming out from under the baseboards in one specific area. Brendan is our technician and he truly is the best. He’s very knowledgeable and thorough. He answers all my questions and addresses new and/or issues. We are going into the preventative stage of treatment but Orkin is a phone call away if any issues arise again. I also appreciate the mosquito treatment outside. Now if Orkin can develop a treatment to rid those awful and smelly Stink Bugs that would be fantastic!
