You need to be HONEST with your customers! I was told that they would have to spray my house three months in a row for wasps. The three times pass and I am charged an additional amount. Turns put I was secretly signed up for a whole year.

Found a German cockroach in kitchen late at night. Sent out a request at around midnight. They called as soon as they opened at 8am and got me scheduled for an appointment at 12 to 2pm. Pest guy came right at 12pm. And this was on a Saturday. The guy came and explained what he was doing, helped look around the house for signs of more. Didn’t find any but told me what to look for. Answered all my questions. Also put extra stuff around the house inside and out that was for other pests besides cockroaches. Really helped me feel peace of mind which I seriously appreciate because cockroaches are one of my most feared bugs right after spiders of course. Orkin: You're the next service! Brendan was the guy that came by the house and he was super helpful and kind. Highly recommend these guys!

We had (knock on wood it continues to be had) an ant problem. Our home so clean, but inundated with these tiny but persistent ants coming out from under the baseboards in one specific area. Brendan is our technician and he truly is the best. He’s very knowledgeable and thorough. He answers all my questions and addresses new and/or issues. We are going into the preventative stage of treatment but Orkin is a phone call away if any issues arise again. I also appreciate the mosquito treatment outside. Now if Orkin can develop a treatment to rid those awful and smelly Stink Bugs that would be fantastic!

Becoming a bit of a luxury because of their annual rate hike. Hard to know how well they are doing because we have used them for so long. We still get bugs and to the cat's delight mice. I am beginning to question what we actually are getting for $100 a month. They need to resell existing clients to justify their fees in comparison to their competition who all seem to be happy to undercut Orkin. Just saying, not feeling much love from them - perhaps it is time to check out their competition.
