Orkin knew what they were doing hiring him! He's a great asset to the company I'm sure! Appreciate his humor and positive attitude!

Veronica showed up on time this afternoon for periodic treatment for ants. I showed her my areas of concern which she immediately addressed. She thoroughly went through the whole house applying product as needed. Very pleased.

We had (knock on wood it continues to be had) an ant problem. Our home so clean, but inundated with these tiny but persistent ants coming out from under the baseboards in one specific area. Brendan is our technician and he truly is the best. He’s very knowledgeable and thorough. He answers all my questions and addresses new and/or issues. We are going into the preventative stage of treatment but Orkin is a phone call away if any issues arise again. I also appreciate the mosquito treatment outside. Now if Orkin can develop a treatment to rid those awful and smelly Stink Bugs that would be fantastic!

Overall my experience with the Orkin I would give a thousand stars 🌟 WHY? Is because the overall performance was excellent 👏 and how the young man performance introduction and breaking down what he was coming to do today and I was so excited and happy and feeling a relief from stressing and I just want to Thank #GOD for bringing in someone who knows and who cares and was very helpful to me and my family to explain that it's going to get worse before it gets better. I can’t not say enough about the professional and knowledgeable service I received from my initial call to the technician (Brandan) arriving. Brandan was very detailed and helpful in his explanation of services and addressing all of my questions and concerns. I wish I could remember the receptionist who initial took my call. She was incredibly polite and helpful. The updates prior to and during services were very informative and helpful. Great job everyone

Becoming a bit of a luxury because of their annual rate hike. Hard to know how well they are doing because we have used them for so long. We still get bugs and to the cat's delight mice. I am beginning to question what we actually are getting for $100 a month. They need to resell existing clients to justify their fees in comparison to their competition who all seem to be happy to undercut Orkin. Just saying, not feeling much love from them - perhaps it is time to check out their competition.

The sales man I dealt with was great, and very informative. The techs I dealt with were good as well. It’s the people at corporate, accounts receivable and scheduling that is the biggest issue. Whoever “branch manager” Benjamin Smith is, doesn’t return emails. Sends out late notices on work that hasn’t been finished yet, and a one month recurring service apparently happens every 9 days. I’ll never use this company after my contract is up.

Very disappointed with the fake scenario they conjured up about my attic. It started with a phone call saying that they could do a free home inspection because I’ve been getting services from them for a few years now. So I said that would be fine. In March a gentleman from Orkin came to my house to do a house inspection. Once he got in the attic, he was up there for about 20 minutes and I could hear him making a lot of noise. When he came downstairs, he proceeded to tell me that my attic was infested with mice. I would like to preface that I do not have mice in my house, so this came as a big surprise. He proceeded to tell me that they would have to remove all the insulation in the attic, clean it, and then put some borax down, and then put new insulation in. He continued saying that this would be a two day process and also showed me an upwards of 20 or more pictures of my attic. In those pictures, he was showing me dive holes from where the mice were crawling through the insulation, areas where there was a lot of mice droppings and areas that showed moisture getting in. Obviously, I was mortified when I saw those pictures because I have never been in our attic nor had my husband at the time. Then he dropped the bomb on me that it was going to cost over $20,000 to have that fixed and to get rid of the mice infestation. I ended up calling an outside business to come check out my attic and found out that there was nothing in the attic. when I showed those pictures to that company, they verified that those pictures were fake and that they did not see any of those things up in the attic. My husband and son went up in the attic and they did not see any of the things from the pictures that were shown to us about the mice infestation in our attic. Fast-forward to a few few days later, management came to my house from Orkin and they did a search of the attic and claimed that they saw one dive hole up there, and that there could possibly be an infestation. Management also claimed that they spoke to the gentleman that came to my house and that that is not the way they run their company. However, this gentleman was not fired for showing us fake photos or for lying to us about a mice infestation in our attic. The management wanted to do was offer me no payment for the month of April. Consumers need to make sure they do some research and if organ tells you that you need something that you find another business that can come out and give you a quote to check it out first. Orkin is all about making money off of their customers by not being straightforward with them about what is actually going on in their home. I can guarantee you what happened to me has happened to other customers, and they didn’t have another company come check it out. They just believed what Orkin said because you should believe the company that is coming to your house that you’ve done business with.

Always appreciate the service provided by Orkin, especially the mosquito protection. Orkin’s technician, Lucas, is personable, trustworthy, knowledgeable, and skilled in protecting our home from pests.
