If I could give zero stars I would. Technician Nathan C. came. I’m gonna have to assume my doorbell isn’t working unbeknownst to me, anyway my schedule day was for my 3 month maintenance. Cool. Tech rings doorbell but since it’s not working I didn’t hear it. He did the work on the outside but just left since he couldn’t get in the inside. I would think that he should’ve called to say hey I’m outside trying to get in, but no he just left. I call the company and ask for him to come back. He comes back and says you didn’t hear the doorbell? I said, why didn’t you call? So if I hadn’t said anything it would’ve just been noted like he came and did the job which he did not do. Maybe there should be a protocol in place when you’re at a residence. Send a text or call. Just don’t spray the outside, leave and notate that maintenance was done because it surely wasn’t. Thank God when I called the operator was able to send him back but his attitude and demeanor was unacceptable to me.

You know how you can just tell or feel someone not doing what they need to ,he def half a** the job. Yet my second Technician Mike P. !! He was legit & the best he stayed here for a while, longer than the 1st one. Asked me questions & let me ask questions. He handled my issues as if I were a family member, and I appreciated that. He went above and beyond with his knowledge and for the next steps needed.
