Well I have a one year contract because a chipmunk came in my house after I left the door open, I thought it was a big rat 😬😫😳🥴 I screamed so loud jumped on the counter, and cooked kneeling on a chair for a month... Never saw the creature again..🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 But the Orkin man I see him every other month 🥴 You get one technician, they don't swap techs... which is a good thing... That's My kitchen 😁☺️ clean up before you go to sleep it helps to keep the bugs away..

Christopher has a great attitude and gave me excellent customer service. He went beyond the call of duty and checked all of my bushes for bees after I told him that my yard man got stung 10 times. I have never been disappointed with any of the technicians from Orkin. I have been with them off and on in 3 different states for over 35 years.

The absolute worst customer service in the industry. We had so many problems getting our service started and even completed. Unfortunately, we chose this company because the price point was the best after having 6 companies in all come out for quotes. All they want is your money and nothing was done to accommodate our disappointment. Shawn and Brent (techs) were fabulous if it wasn’t for them a report the BBB would have been made. The office manger was never present or in contact. Never again. Use small local businesses for any type of pest control.
