The absolute worst customer service in the industry. We had so many problems getting our service started and even completed. Unfortunately, we chose this company because the price point was the best after having 6 companies in all come out for quotes. All they want is your money and nothing was done to accommodate our disappointment. Shawn and Brent (techs) were fabulous if it wasn’t for them a report the BBB would have been made. The office manger was never present or in contact. Never again. Use small local businesses for any type of pest control.

I was completely mislead by the representative on the phone. Literally just moved to the area trying to find the best service for the best price. And the representative asked me what kind of pests I'm seeing or in need of service for. I explain to her that we saw a couple of roaches and also have been seeing an excessive amount of bees and spiders. She tells me Orkin will make sure they get rid of any of the cobwebs that are in my basement of my new home, that they are a no contract commitment company you can cancel it anytime just pay $248 for the initial service and then it goes down to $100 and something a month and that they will come out monthly and as many times as needed. She sends an agreement via email and also says if we don't receive it that the rep who comes out will also have it in hand and we can sign it there. Everything that I was told was inaccurate the agreement was a contract for a year they only come out every other month for 7 months. They don't do anything for the bees even though that's specifically what I had mentioned on the phone as a problem pest.... and that I have to pay extra for that service. And they will not touch interior cobwebs. I just called them and whatever representative is working just routed my call immediately to the survey and never even answered the phone..... Don't waste your time. My next step is a Better Business Bureau complaint.

The technician Katherine that came out was absolutely amazing. I’m working on pest control at my grandmother‘s house and it’s completely out of control and she explained everything to me because of this is new to me. Very informative I have a better understanding of what we’re working with because of her knowledge On what she is doing. Explaining the safety of these chemicals that are being used inside and outside of the home, and that is very big to me protecting my loved one through this semi crisis. Thank you so much.
