Todd C. and James T. Are the best! Todd has been our technician for a while now and he is amazing! He checks in every service to make sure all is well with our services! We had an issue with ant infestation in our house and Todd and James made sure they took care of it immediately! We had thought it initially was termites and they responded immediately and treated what actually was carpenter ants but their serious and quick treatment of our concerns meant the world!! Todd ALWAYS goes above and beyond! He is so respectful and kind as well! I highly recommend this branch in Altamonte springs with Todd C. (Technician) and James T. (The branch manager) without reservation!!

I would give zero stars if that were an option. We recently bought a new home in Winter Springs, and we called Orkin to inspect our attic for possible rodents (we could hear noises coming from the ceiling). The first person who came out didn't even do an inspection but instead set a new date for another team member to come out, which was fine but a waste of my day. Then, the second team member came out and told us we had rats, which would cost $2,500.00 to rectify. They told us this problem could multiply quickly, and we needed to resolve it ASAP. Without professional help, we could be facing a HUGE problem. They gave us a rundown of what they would do to fix the "issue," So we paid the fee, and then they came out one time to fill some holes in the exterior siding. Then we never saw them again. They didn't go in the attic to treat for anything. And we did not have a rat problem. It was squirrels on our roof... So we are out $2,500.00 for a nonexistent rat problem.

I called Orkin and they were able to schedule me right away at my convenience. I was reminded and informed as t got closer Day if I recieved a call and as they were running ahead of schedule was asked if I wanted an earlier visit of keep the same time. They arrived. Was courteous and took the time to explain all that they did and scheduled a follow up right then so I had time to look at my a schedule. Was a great experience.

From the front office, to the field technicians, to the support team this Orkin location really shows that "We're not happy until you're happy" is what guides them. They are always responsive to the customer's requests and questions. They are professional, sincere and empathetic to the customer's needs and concerns. Customer service at this level is getting harder to find in today's fast paced world. The quality of the product and the service they provide is top of the line as well. The only insects I've seen in our home are dead or walking down the road with their packed bags because they are lonely. Approximately 20 years ago I had issues with ants, termites, roaches, spiders, and rodents at my home. I knew Orkins from a commercial. So, I called them to my home for a consultation. They came out and discussed their products. I agreed to have them do the service. 20 years later, Orkin has continually delivered excellent service….. We are proud of our new service technician. He’s been trained to the utmost and has continued delivering great service to my property. I had a real bad ghost ant problem in various locations of my house. My technician he listened and baited those areas. My ant problem has just about completely been eradicated. . I hope our technician is recognized or awarded for his excellent service.
