“I found this service randomly while trying to learn to get rid of the problem and I texted them via yelp along with bunch of others. I did not expect any answers since it was during the holiday, but to my surprise, I received a reply text back from them right away, within minutes! From then id's and confirmed it was bb's for sure, from the photos I sent him. Then he asked questions, such as if I have gotten any bites, traveled, bought any clothes etc. We exchanged more than 15 yelp messages, we spoke on the phone and phone messaged. In this whole process, he gave me list of things need to be done and other suggestions. He was upfront about his quote on inspection and treatment, detailed information about the type of chemicals/non chemicals they use and what to be expected. Then he suggested me to follow his recommendation to try get rid of my problems without spending much, via DIY at home. He guided me to the right way to try to resolve the problem. Long story short, it took a few months, obsessive cleaning/washes, many rolls of paper towels, $$ on laundry, and some mental issues to finally unload my clothes back into my closet. Oh and I used the exterminator my apartment had a contract with. Honestly, I am not sure if my DIY method has worked or that annoying exterminator guy did the magic. But I am definitely sure that the exterminator was there, willing to listen and tried to help me in the most ways at no cost. Instead of trying to sell, he spent his time to attend to my bb problems. I was so worried if I had to move out of my apartment. But I had a little peace in my mind after this free consultation from him. About six months later it all happened, I sent a short appreciation msg to him and he's still open to any questions and concerns.
