edit 7/09/26... Todd was back out to service my house today. He's awesome and the sole reason I stick with Orkin. If all the technicians were like Todd, everyone would rate this company 5 stars. If you get the service technician Todd, you're going to appreciate the service. Customer service over the phone is poor. A different technician came by today, did the outside of the house and then left without saying anything. When I called customer service they said I need to reread my agreement because the service is for outside only and inside upon request. I've also had to call when they double billed me. Their website does not work properly, kept giving me errors when I tried to set up the account. My technician Todd gets five stars, the rest of the company gets one star. Maybe the owner of this franchise will respond. You can't reach their local office via phone

We had a great experience with Daniel and really appreciated how thorough he was. We had found a few roaches in our kitchen and wanted to make sure the issue was handled. Daniel took the time to inspect everything around the home that could be relevant, and was able to find the precise point of entry for the roaches, which gave us a lot of peace of mind. He even suggested how we could seal that entry point off so we wouldn't have the same recurring issue, which was very appreciated! The best part of the service is how he really wanted to fix the root problem, not just put out some bait and call it a day. He was genuine and invested in our situation right from the start, and that's a rare quality to find when having someone service something in your home. He explained what he found, what needed to be addressed, and made the entire situation much more manageable. He was also incredibly kind and professional. I would 100% recommend Daniel to anyone dealing with a pest issue. He clearly knows his stuff and is super kind as well!

I can’t say enough great things about this team—they were absolutely incredible from start to finish. Alecia’s knowledge and expertise immediately stood out. She clearly knows her field inside and out and took the time to make sure everything was handled the right way. It gave me a lot of confidence knowing we were in such capable hands. Max and Caleb went above and beyond. They tackled the tough job of removing over 50 years’ worth of insulation and debris from the attic and replaced it with new insulation—all without a single complaint. They were professional, positive, and genuinely seemed happy to help, which made a big difference. Trevor did an excellent job repairing the damage caused by the rats. His attention to detail and quality of work really showed. Juan wrapped everything up by applying repellent, giving us peace of mind that the problem is being handled comprehensively. Overall, this team was hardworking, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing their services.

My experience with Orkin didn’t start out horrible but it definitely ended up that way. First of all they charge more than $50 for a house that’s less than 1000 sqft when my parents house is over 3000 sqft and they pay $30 a month. But that’s not what made me the most upset. They came the first time to treat our house for fleas and that ended up working out really well because we were dealing with a pretty bad infestation at the time and they did get rid of those for us. Since that went so great we decided to keep them on for annual routine pest control. The deal was that they would charge every month but only come every other month. I don’t know if that’s weird but I feel a little weird spending over $100 for 1 service after you average that out. I just didn’t realize at the time how much more we were spending just for household bugs. Otherwise, the first couple months were fine. They came the first time that we scheduled. I think a couple days or a day before the appointment I received a reminder text letting me know they would be there the following day. Since I got the reminder I was able to prepare for them to come so I knew I would be home. The next time I was supposed to have an appointment I got no prior notice whatsoever, no email or text until the day of when they were on their way and I was at work. I called and rescheduled for the next Tuesday. Next Tuesday comes around and they never show up. At this point I’m extremely frustrated that I have paid for the month’s service for them not to show up multiple times. After all this, I call to cancel just to be told I still have a balance of $52.50 on my account. Which really doesn’t make sense considering I already paid for a service that they never did because they didn’t show up when we rescheduled. I disputed the balance and canceled services yet I got an appointment confirmation text that they are coming today, again when I never scheduled for them to come. I called and canceled again and then received a text that the “Orkin pro” was on his way to my house. Their communication is probably the worst I’ve ever seen both internally and externally and I will never be using their services again.

Joe is hands down the best! He’s reliable, thorough, and always gets the job done right. You can tell he really cares—not just about pest control, but about his customers too. He consistently goes above and beyond, even taking the time to bring our empty trash bin in when he sees it out. It’s those little things that make a big difference. He is a valuable asset to the company, we highly recommend Joe if you want someone who’s professional, dependable, and genuinely kind!

Charged me 25% more with no notice. Representative said that it’s in the service agreement that the price can change at any time. Being on a fixed income, felt it necessary to cancel. Who knows what the next bill will be? And why use a company that doesn’t have the decency to shoot you a text or email about an increase.
