Pest control professional Joshua B. evaluated photos a guest had submitted as suspected bed bugs (they were not bed bugs) and included his conclusions about the photographs in his report, which made me feel great about submitting the inspection report to AirBNB. Would definitely use again.

They moved the stove without being told and found a dead roach. 😭 Thanks for coming out and taking care of us again. The poison still was working from a year ago leaving behind dead insects. Amazing service from Christian Ortiz today. I was hesitant to get pest control services after having a horrible experience with Massey, Terminix and PestBear but we saw a technician from Orkin spraying our neighbor's house and how detailed the technician was so we decided to give Orkin a try and they did not disappoint. Christian's service was impeccable. He was thorough in explaining what he was doing, why he was doing it and is excellent at educating his customers to ensure that they make the best decisions for their home.
