I usually receive a text message of my quarterly inspection, informing me when the technician will be arriving. And a message informing me when the technicians is done. This allows me to unlock the gate to the backyard. However, I was unaware of the most recent visit until my account was debited and I look at my cameras. The technician ringed the doorbell and walked to the side gate, but that was it. No service was provided. I am displeased and disappointed about this visit. I feel taken advantage of.

I had a wonderful experience with Orkin. I was in need of pest control and I’m so happy I chose Orkin to help me take care of an issue we’ve been having. They were scheduled to come from 8am to 10am and Terrance arrived right on time. He made me feel so comfortable and much better as I was truly embarrassed by the pest issue we’ve been dealing with. He explained how their products work and the whole process. He was very thorough and acknowledged all of my concerns and truly listened to me. What’s great about all of this is he will always be my Orkin man! So I don’t have to keep explaining things to someone else and will have someone who knows my home and problem areas. Once he was all finished, I dialed the office to set up my follow up appointment and I got to speak to Susan, a wonderful woman who explained the billing process and how appointments work. I’m so happy I chose Orkin! I mean, they’ve been in business for over 125 years so you know they must be doing something right and they definitely are. The very first night, I noticed a literal 100% difference in activity. I’m excited to continue with Orkin and if you decide to go with them for your pest problems, you won’t be disappointed. Quick service!, when scheduling I received excellent explanation of what to expect. Prompt and clear phone call and written report after the inspection. Pest control professional Joshua B. evaluated photos a guest had submitted as suspected bed bugs (they were not bed bugs) and included his conclusions about the photographs in his report, which made me feel great about submitting the inspection report to AirBNB. Would definitely use again.
