I gave them a 3 because of a few of the men who came to do our home was just sitting in there truck saying they completed the service and we have them on camera. The product is great. We did not have a problem with bugs if they would have sprayed. However there is a new manager and it seems as though he is on top of them since this occurred. So I might go back when this contract is up.
