“I have hired this company in the past and now I just called again to hire them almost a year later. My ex-roommate decided to bring all kinds of junk from forclosed houses into my home without my knowledge...and with these items he brought bed bugs. I was not only humiliated, but beyond frustrated after spending a week trying to get rid of them myself and hundreds of dollars. Every exterminator that I called wanted thousands of dollars to even begin to help and there were no guarantees or even kindness to be honest. I received Economies number through a friend and they were angels....from the receptionist to the exterminator. They showed up on time and because this had never happened to me before I thought I would have to help this man go through my house. Well, I was wrong. This gentleman came through my house and told me to sit and relax and he would do it all. I was beyond grateful. He came back twice to make sure everything was ok and sprayed a little extra just to make sure we were all set. I should of written this review the first time around. This company is fantastic and I wish I could remember the name of the man I consider my angel exterminator LOL...he helped me out with no embarrasing logo on the truck so all my neighbors would know and got rid of the problem at the most resonable price I have ever heard. Im on disability so I could not afford much. Try getting rid of bedbugs at any cheaper of a price....it won't happen! Thank you Economy Pest....you seriously saved me and my home. I will be forever grateful. You don't realize how big something like this is until it happens to you and ruins your home and makes you feel so ashamed! The man who came to my house was also one of the nicest people I had ever met...truly. We talked for quit awhile and he let me ask a million and 1 questions and didn't leave until I was comfortable. “We have used Economy since 2010 for Pest Control AND Lawn Care and have been 100% happy. May have seen a bug or two but we always felt they came in on our clothes or when the door was open too long. Our lawn, St. Augustine, is among the best looking in the neighborhood, if not THE best. And Michael and Kim STAND BEHIND THEIR WORK.”
