No show technician. Scheduled for 10-12, called at 11:55am and was told they could get a technician to my house in about thirty minutes but I don’t know how true that estimation is. My service request being forgotten or overlooked doesn’t give me much confidence in the company or service. I’m disappointed. Despite being offered a discount I decided to find another service for another day. I expected a technician to show up based on the reviews and it being a national company.
