Rescheduled 3 different times for incorrect windows after explicitly saying I work at those times. Decided that this business just doesn’t want to do business. Avoid at all costs.

After tenting for drywood termite, no internet at home. Went to backyard to find Fiber optic cable snapped. Update to review pending Orkins remediation decision. Edit 08/02/25: Att tech said it was probably a garbage truck. Something happened while tenting and lowered the height of the cable and the garbage truck snagged the line. Still 1 star because found more issues. A lot of broken roof tiles. Roof tiles were less than a month old. Edit: I realized my local Orkin office is the one in Miami Lakes. Posting review there instead.
