The worse customer service and the most dishonest business I’ve had to deal with. It took this company 4 Months to complete a week’s worth of work on my property. Had a rodent entry point in my roof that needed to be resealed. Was told by there tech it was sealed. After going behind them a piece of steel wool was found stuffed in the entry point. I call the manager at the time O'Neil to address the concern. The man tells me he is going to come out and fix it himself. He lies and of course sends the same untrained kid to do the same patch job. After installing insulation in my attic they had to come back again due to not putting much of any in there the first time. All that was left was an attic tent install. Mind you the work started in June. After having to continuously reach out poke and pry the attic tent was finally installed this month. Oh and to make it even better they don’t follow appointment times at all. If they tell they’ll be there at noon, don’t bother rushing cause there gonna be more than a couple hours late just about every time. Paid professional prices for very poor work. Unless the warranty on my contract has to be used I will no longer be doing business with Orkin the Conyers Branch has put a very sour taste in my mouth.

He was incredibly thorough and took the time to explain everything in detail, making sure I knew exactly what to do to help keep the ants away. Orkin’s service is disappointing. The technician is okay, but they clearly need more support and better training. Prices keep going up, but it seems like the money isn’t going to the workers. Pay your techs better and fix your customer service line, it barely works. Overall, not worth it.

I’m not sure how there are so many positive reviews. From my initial visit I’ve not had a good experience with Orkin. They charge more for the initial visit which is understandable if they say they will do all that is promised like searching for holes, and really searching to see where the pests are coming from. That was not done. When I called they said they sent the wrong person. From there I was told when they’d return for the next spray and no one came. That would happen a couple of times to where I had to call to find out or schedule the next spray. It’s like they kept “forgetting” about my account but didn’t forget to take their fee every month. When I called to cancel I was told I’d hear from a manager and no one called. I emailed which is when I received a response. I was told one month for the final payment but was charged the next month as well. When I would call one lady was quite kind and the other pretty cold and callous. The service technicians were nice and respectful which is why I gave it two stars instead of one. I would not suggest Orkin to anyone. The pests are gone thankfully but the disorganization and price is not worth continuing.

I started seeing results as soon as they began to leave the property. The bugs in my home started coming out of places that I never knew there were before. In my opinion, they were very professional and very friendly. I felt extremely comfortable with their services. I can’t wait to get treated the next time and see the progress that will be made.
