The technician was very friendly and approachable. Mr. Edwards explained what he was here to do and exactly how my service plan works. He reassured me that the company would be able to help keep my house nearly pest free and that they were only a phone call away. I especially want to thank Mr. Juan for knocking down those huge spider webs that were outside my doors. I have a great fear of spiders and he was very accommodating in helping to rid my yard of them! Thanks for your service!

It hurts💔 to state this here because I like the service, wanted to give 5 stars and the manager (who is from Brooklyn-I cannot remember his name right now because I'm disappointed 🥲) he does an Outstanding- exceptional job and friendly whenever he comes here- Thank You! Also a few(1 or 2) other technicians that came here in the past are really nice and did a good job too. HOWEVER, few things changed lately and the technician that came today did not communicate the service well at all ( where I needed it sprayed, almost forgot or did not put down the bug report cards asked Me to put down the cards because he was outside already-about to leave, etc.). He initially left after spraying outside🤨, I called the office and the office lady said he rang the bell- but he did not, he actually left( I assume the office lady told him to come back because he came back about 5-7min. later). He was nasty not in a verbal way, but just no response when I asked him to spray in certain areas. It was his 1st visit here so he did not know specific areas where I wanted sprayed. Also I felt spray on my back door doorknob. I sensed his energy was probably like " let me get this over with and I do not care what this customer wants/thinks." Please DO NOT have him come here ever again. I am paying Orkin for good service not for the type of service I received today from that technician. Overall, I'm not sure where some of these technicians are coming from. They seem to not have interpersonal or customer experience. Not only that, they are suppose to address certain areas that the customer may present to them, not just come in spray that repellent any way you want! I will increase my rating when I get a quality technician again. We, the customer, are paying our hard earned money for this service!!

Anaya at the Conyers location is the best!!!! She’s always so accommodating and patient with me. She gives amazing customer service and goes over a beyond. I definitely appreciate her.

The worse customer service and the most dishonest business I’ve had to deal with. It took this company 4 Months to complete a week’s worth of work on my property. Had a rodent entry point in my roof that needed to be resealed. Was told by there tech it was sealed. After going behind them a piece of steel wool was found stuffed in the entry point. I call the manager at the time O'Neil to address the concern. The man tells me he is going to come out and fix it himself. He lies and of course sends the same untrained kid to do the same patch job. After installing insulation in my attic they had to come back again due to not putting much of any in there the first time. All that was left was an attic tent install. Mind you the work started in June. After having to continuously reach out poke and pry the attic tent was finally installed this month. Oh and to make it even better they don’t follow appointment times at all. If they tell they’ll be there at noon, don’t bother rushing cause there gonna be more than a couple hours late just about every time. Paid professional prices for very poor work. Unless the warranty on my contract has to be used I will no longer be doing business with Orkin the Conyers Branch has put a very sour taste in my mouth.

He was incredibly thorough and took the time to explain everything in detail, making sure I knew exactly what to do to help keep the ants away. Orkin’s service is disappointing. The technician is okay, but they clearly need more support and better training. Prices keep going up, but it seems like the money isn’t going to the workers. Pay your techs better and fix your customer service line, it barely works. Overall, not worth it.
