Waited two days and had to call the office to get a technician to contact me. After my call, a technician was at my house in less than 30 minutes. I have always had nothing but a great experience with Orkin! The service has always been good and I have never had a problem in the several years I have used them. The man that usually answers the phone has always said “if you see anything between services, call and we will come out, retreat and make it right.” I have never had to do that. This weekend I was in my yard all weekend and noticed ants and spiders in many places. I called this morning and the girl who I spoke to initially offered a good solution that the person doing my mosquito service tomorrow would help. But then she failed and said “he would take a look and see if additional treatment was needed”. I said unless he is going to be in my flower beds and crawling in my yard he won’t see what I saw. Then she said you need to be home to show him. Well that presents a problem considering I work a 8 hr job and had no idea anyone was even coming tomorrow. Very disappointed Orkin didn’t stand by their word as they have marketed for years.
