I needed treatment for mice in a rental property. I had a good idea where the mice entered the house and expected Orkin to give the house a thorough inspection for entry points. I didn’t want their regular quarterly service and said so. I now know that was a mistake because they charged me enough to cover the whole year. I paid $470 and they did not inspect the house except the garage seals. He then placed 10 traps around the house. He was there less than one hour. I figure a good service call of $120 which means the traps are $35 a piece. That is outright robbery. I figured he was going to spend 2-3 hours inspecting the house and fixing areas of concern. I doubt I ever use this company again and I caution others to do the same.
