We’ve been dealing with a really difficult flea problem, and I can’t say enough good things about the Orkin team helping us through it. Marcelino (who’s been out three times) and Michael (one visit) have both been extremely thorough, professional, and patient in explaining what to expect with a problem like this. They clearly care about doing the job right, not just rushing through a treatment. I also want to give credit to our rep, Kevin, whose communication and responsiveness have been excellent throughout the process. Having clear, timely updates has made a frustrating situation much easier to manage. This has been a slow and challenging issue, but thanks to their combined efforts, we’re steadily making progress. I really appreciate how well they’ve handled everything and would absolutely recommend this team.

I had orkin come out 1 time over a month ago. I explicitly told them I only need a one time service. They came and I paid the $200 charge. That should have been the end of it. I noticed on my bank I was charged $87 for a service fee. The thing is I never signed anything or enrolled into easy pay. So the representative signed me up apparently without my consent against my wishes and now I’m being charged for a service that was never provided. When I called and tried to get a refund nothing was done about it. Why do big corporations think it’s okay to screw over people? Greed. Do not trust this company, they won’t show up and still charge you for something you didn’t sign up for.

I give the organ insecticide sprayer five stars! Henry was extremely knowledgeable and did a thorough job the three times he has sprayed my room. He explained the trouble about bed bugs and how to keep them away and how to back up my clothes. I would have given five stars review but the only issue I had was that after the initial inspection and spray, I was not originally informed that at least three initial springs are necessary. But overall I've had a really good experience with Orkin and they came up here four times at no extra charge!

Marcelino did an absolute fantastic job on November 11th. We had to call orkin out to my mom’s house for some issues and Marcelino showed up and was professional, very nice and extremely helpful. He walked us through everything he was doing and was never impatient or unkind with all our questions we had. We are very happy with the service we received from him.

Jason was amazing before he came in. He put shoe covers over his shoes and told him exactly what he was going to be doing. Was very professional. I was very embarrassed because of the Nat situation but he was so kind and understanding. Very professional and told me exactly what he was doing and told me to always keep my trash emptied. Gave me hints about how to proceed from here. Great experience
