Terrible experience First appointment went okay and then they never came out again! No call no show appointments i called them out and wanted a refund and they refused because they are lying to us about a 30 day refund. It’s actually 3 days. Yes 3 days. Sneaky bs management team that won’t supply their techs what they need to do their job. It’s a shame because honestly they two techs were awesome but the management side destroys th whole process Thank you Alex I appreciate your work! And to the manager who would never give me a call and the inspector who finally called me back today 4 months later you can go pack sand. Hope you enjoy my $300+ for 20 mouse traps. And don’t bother replying to this with your “we are sorry to hear that please call this number” already did that and you don’t want to resolve anything, just a fake save face

⭐ 1 Star – Beyond Disappointed and Deeply Frustrated I normally don’t leave negative reviews, but this experience with Orkin has been unacceptable from start to finish. For months, I’ve tried to work with them to handle a recurring mouse issue, but communication is almost nonexistent. No one ever calls to confirm appointments — instead, I just get a random notification a few days before someone is supposedly showing up. I’ve asked multiple times for Saturday service because no one is home during the week, but that simple request continues to be ignored. And the results? Terrible. We’re still dealing with active mouse problems, even after paying for professional pest control. The situation got so bad that one chewed through our refrigerator water line, flooding our kitchen and causing over $31,000 in water damage to our home. What’s even more frustrating is the lack of urgency or ownership from Orkin. No follow-up calls, no real plan to fix the problem, and no accountability. I feel completely let down by a company that claims to be a leader in pest control. At this point, I wouldn’t recommend Orkin to anyone. When you’re paying for a service like this, you expect communication, reliability, and — at the very least — results. Unfortunately, Orkin has failed on all three.

They have been coming to my house on a regular basis and have been able to keep inspect populations in garage, basement, and main floors contained. My consultants have always been responsive to take care of any additional needs like occasional wasp nests. Thank you.

Working with this company has been a TERRIBLE experience. We did not receive all of the treatments we paid for, they set traps once and never came back. Inspector said he would order stuff, and said he would call us back and that was three weeks ago. And now It's been almost five weeks with Orkin making appts and then NO CALL NO SHOWING. Cancelling is a joke and you have to jump through hoops. We demanded a refund due to their "money back guarantee " and was denied. Basically paid hundreds of dollars for $30 worth of traps. Please, please take your business elsewhere. So unprofessional and scammy.

Alex was very helpful. This hasn’t been a real problem for me. My last problem Orkin took care of was Gritters mostly. He was very courteous and very sweet and took care of the job quickly efficiently and was very knowledgeable about these little roach critters. I learned something and I’m going to work with Orkin to Solve my pest issues like you did

The people at Orkin have been really kind- technicians and everyone with whom i have spoken on the phone. I chose Orkin because they promised same day service— only to find the salesman sent over a contract for monthly general pest / insect service when I had asked for rodent mitigation. It took another week to get rodent mitigation. We had multiple no-shows / had to schedule two extra appointments bc the technician forgot materials and then installed the garage seal incorrectly. The branch manager was nice about this when i brought it up, but I’ve missed several hours of work due to these appointments and would select a different service next time.

Orkin has been great. Sly is the best tech! He takes care of all needs and concerns. They actually care about getting your problems resolved and continue until fully resolved. He is always reliable and on time. Changing schedule or service needs is easy.
