Bradley Finch was an excellent and competent bug guy. He was pleasant and informative and very thorough. After our last experience he proved Orkin is a company that does what they say they will. I hope he will continue to serve this residence.

Julian was very professional. He was very knowledgeable about the product and answered all of my questions. He finished quickly after doing his inspection of the problems. I would highly recommend Orkin.

Absolutely horrible experience and waste of money working with Orkin. The first service which had a cost of ~$370 was an absolute bust, the guy put down $10 worth of traps and steel wool in my house. Which not a single trap caught a mouse, they just managed to eat the bait off the traps without being caught, and the steel wool obviously did not fix the problem with them getting into the house. The original tech also said that there would be a follow up a week later to ensure I also made the suggested fixes (which I did) and to see how the traps have done. But no one ever called me or showed up the next week. I then reached out to Orkin directly and voiced my concerns, and was told someone would reach out to me the next morning from the local office, and no one reached out, they just scheduled another service on a day that doesnt work for me without asking. The first tech also sprayed indoor bug barrier literally on my dog who was in his cage while he was spraying the baseboards with absolutely no care at all and ensured me it was safe for him. But sure enough less than 24 hours later my dog was extremely sick, having severe diarrhea and vomiting from being poisoned by the bug barrier spray since the tech literally sprayed it on him. The service received from Orkin was the absolute biggest waste of money ever, I could've put down 5 regular traps and steel wool in holes. I thought they'd at least put down the outdoor bait boxes around the house or something additional beyond what can easily be obtained at Walmart for $10. And thought they'd be careful as to not spray bug barrier on my dog and make him extremely sick for a few days. Do yourself a favor, and don't waste your time and money contacting Orkin for pest services at your home. They'll just rob you of a couple hundred dollars for absolutely no results.

Michael did a great job as planned plus the additional service to help get rid of those crazy mites that always find their way into my south facing window every spring. I like that I’ve gotten Michael the last several services because I don’t have to explain to any new technicians this constant problem. Thanks for the communication of upcoming service, arrival and job completion!

We’ve been dealing with a really difficult flea problem, and I can’t say enough good things about the Orkin team helping us through it. Marcelino (who’s been out three times) and Michael (one visit) have both been extremely thorough, professional, and patient in explaining what to expect with a problem like this. They clearly care about doing the job right, not just rushing through a treatment. I also want to give credit to our rep, Kevin, whose communication and responsiveness have been excellent throughout the process. Having clear, timely updates has made a frustrating situation much easier to manage. This has been a slow and challenging issue, but thanks to their combined efforts, we’re steadily making progress. I really appreciate how well they’ve handled everything and would absolutely recommend this team.
