Patrick came out to do our service and he is so fabulous, thorough, professional and very friendly. As far as your scheduling goes, they’re terrible. I have dates made with Patrick and Nick and they continue to automatically Schedule my appointments and I’ve already had to call five times to cancel them and keep getting told it’s done automatically. It’s the system and we’ll take care of it. It won’t happen again until it just happened this last weekend again. That’s so annoying. It makes me wanna just continue with another company for my monthly service because it’s really frustrating and every person that says it won’t happen again apparently lies. So besides that problem and their billing isn’t always up-to-date either but besides that the guys that actually come out are fabulous. I must say honestly, if it wasn’t for Patrick and Nick, I probably would move on.

Dave Reynolds was exceptional...he was a great help and took care of things. He was such a blessing. Exceptional is all I can say. Also Matthew McKenna was incredible...he screened in all my heat vents with so much care and precision. These two men, along with Dorian, are the best workers I have ever encountered. Very interested in what I needed done. I feel more secure now against the rats. Thank you for hiring such great workers. They should all get a big raise. Workers like them are hard to find.

Well, I’ve said this before and I’ll say it 100 more times, Rob Lee, the branch manager, and Nick, the regional manager, are amazing people and definitely are living up to the guarantee of Orkin. Today a young man named Q came out to do the first official monthly Follow up and spray and he was so nice and polite. If I have any issues at all with Orkin, it’s the billing department because they just cannot get it right and when I tried to call a few weeks ago, I got a girl on the phone who I won’t mention her name, but was not the most polite person I’ve dealt with that Orkin and then again I get the mail this past week and there’s another bill for services that they haven’t done yet because they were still trying to live up to the guarantee and get rid of my bugs so today was again, the first official follow up and this was prepaid, but I’m sure I’m going to get another bill. Rob and Nick made sure The bedbugs were gone and I 99.9% believe they are gone for good. Without Rob and Nick I don’t know what I would’ve done and I cannot say enough good about them. I know they are both in management positions, but I sure hope somebody above them can recognize them for an amazing job that they are doing.

Orkin, control technician Erek, was very professional, respectful, informative, friendly and he completed a thorough inspection on my home. He provided many helpful tactics advice and after he placed the bait traps down right after he I caught another mice in a trap I had placed down. I've been in my home for 25 years and this is the first time I've caught 3 mices at one time. I believe the flood here in Wisconsin is the cause, because this totals 6 mices in 25 years, so I'm sure there's more and I can't wait until Orkin helpfully remove them all.

Would not recommend Orkin for wasp extermination. The Good: Called about a wasp issue and they were able to get someone scheduled to come out within a few hours. Everyone I spoke with was kind. The Bad: The assigned person never showed during the time slot. But after I reached out, they were able to get someone else out to help me later in the day. After arrival, they confirmed there were wasps entering and exiting a bathroom vent. They said they would not be able to do anything themselves. Instead they gave me recommendations to deal with the problem myself? (Still not exactly sure why they couldn't help me.) After they left I took their advice and sealed off the interior AND exterior vent in attempt to trap & starve the wasps. Several days later the issue is much worse. I called a different pest control company and they told me "sealing off the exterior is the worst possible thing you could have done. Wasps will find a new way back outside if they are trapped." In conclusion... Orkin has nice/kind employees, but seemed inexperienced and ineffective at dealing with wasps.

Terrible service no communication charge me $256 put one box outside my house and left. I wanted to cancel the service. They told me I couldn’t. They didn’t put my right name down on the account so I didn’t know what they put down so I couldn’t even access my account yet. They cashed my check. Haven’t heard from them. I have mice running around my house like crazy that I’m killing myself. Horrible service would not recommend.

Marquay is an exceptional specialist. Extremely knowledgeable, offered in depth explanations of products and services and was more than willing to answer any of my grandmothers questions. He was very thorough in his inspection and payed attention to even the smallest details in effort to curate the best possible method of treatment. It’s safe to say he’s officially the go to Orkin guy for our family.
