“I used to love this company. They were always here on time and date promised until late last year. I was told they would be out and never received a bill. Called several times and was told they were out and changed the bait box although nothing near the bait box was moved or touched and was told someone will be out in a few days to check. It's been 6 months of calls now and all the promises and none has come. An employee even gave me a cell phone number with promises of coming and never showed always stating this weekend , tomorrow, etc. Everytime I asked for a manager, i was not directed but instead promised of a future date and follow up text call which never happened. It hurts to write this because they were always so helpful, but I assume the company made some changes and hired the wrong people who can't follow through with their job.”
