“I was calling around looking for organic pest control services and i came across natures own pest control. When i called i was already impressed because the office staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. I made an appointment and when they came out the technician was also friendly dressed in uniform and made the whole experience very comfortable for me. The pricing is reasonable and they are all around a great company. I have had bad experiences with pest control companies in the past with them not showing up to being unprofessional and not knowing what they were talking about when i call into the office with a bug problem. I give this company a 5 star in my book.”

“Completely disorganized, this company is a total mess. The only appointment that they made and kept correctly was the initial one. At first, we were happy because the tenants were happy we'd gone with an organic service. Then, they "lost" the insect inspection they'd done, called us repeatedly over "late" bills they'd never sent us, and can't schedule an appointment correctly if their life depended on it. It took five separate phone calls, plus emails, for them to finally get our address correct on the billing, and then the phantom appointment syndrome kicked in. This company has called us at least every other week to say that they're at our house or on their way to our house for our "appointment." We scheduled a service *once every three months.* I've called multiple times about this problem and we still get the regular phone calls of our "next appointment" every few weeks. When we finally make a *real* appointment with them, they show up two hours late. What a complete mess.”

“Outstanding service from Nature's Own Pest & Lawn Services which clearly prides itself on customer service. After a few days of battling ants on my own with every insecticide and bait from Home Depot, I gave up and called Nature's Own Pest & Lawn Services. Although they were very busy, they were able to send someone the same day. That's super important when you call an exterminator, since you want the pests gone immediately. I liked that they have organic sprays available, although I was warned that this requires frequent re-treatment. Since my ants were mainly outside, I went with the toxic stuff, which knocked out multiple ant nests around my home in one day. My technician also walked around the perimeter of my house and brushed down all the spiderwebs from the leaves and windowsills--a terrific complimentary service which I was very thankful for. A week later I had a small re-occurrence of ants, this time inside the house. My technician came right back out, for no charge, and placed some ant baits. He even took off his shoes when entering my home. I have friends that don't even think to do that! Overall, I found the service excellent and highly effective. I also thought the prices were very reasonable so I tipped my technician and he was very gracious. This is the kind of business you can feel good about supporting.”
