“If only I could give 0 stars. I filled out an online inquiry to get information. I requested that they email me. They did not. Instead they call me and leave a message. I'm the message, Dana offers to set up an appointment on a Monday and to call her back "if that works for me." I never called her back. Why? 1) I specifically requested an email. And 2) I'm not home on Mondays. Well, today a man shows up and tells my boyfriend he has an appointment with me. My boyfriend thinks I must have forgot to tell him about this appointment and lets the man go ahead and do pest control. I call Dana to ask her why there is someone at my house without an appointment confirmed by me and performing a service I did not agree to. Dana's response? "Someone set up an appointment." Yeah, Dana, YOU set up am appointment that I didn't agree to.”
