“After finding several chewed dry food items in my pantry and droppings (all substantial enough to be a rat, not a tiny mouse), I contacted my apartment property management to let them know. The next day I found an entry notice from Worldwide saying a specialist had entered and used "integrated pest management techniques" - but nothing else was left but the note. After a week of being gone on vacation, I returned with still nothing more done. Another call to management, but no immediate response... So $55 of my own money on heavy duty traps and three disgusting days later, I've killed and disposed of four Norway rats (two juveniles and two adults, one of them a foot long). While the traps were still set around my kitchen, Worldwide came back and left the same generic entry note, plus three little sticky traps "suitable for mice and insects". Not at all satisfactory.”
