“I just wanted to let you know how wonderful my tech Ronnie is and how pleased I am with your companies service. I had wasp attacking the my house the other day. I called and was scheduled for service right away. This morning when Ronnie arrived I was on the phone with a company I was having an issue with and it was not pretty. I had to stay on the call, this mess has been going on for several days and I was afraid that if I asked them to hold they would “disconnect” anyway Ronnie had to listen to me yelling on the phone and was just laughing and laughing. When I got off the call I gave him the short version and he took my mood from blood boiling to laughing. He is not only good at his job he is great for your company and customer relations! Oh he sprayed for the wasp, knocked down a mud dobber nest and even squished a spider for me while he was here. That’s a big deal for a single gal! I don’t know if you ever do anything to recognize when your employees go above and beyond but he is an asset to your company and should get an ada’boy! So glad I went with Modern Pest Control!”
