Kieran was fantastic. Before starting he explained the services and task he was doing that day. He answered all my questions and explained when one of the treatments would take affect. My technician Arren was fantastic. Very professional, knowledgeable, and just a genuine guy who cares about the job he did. He gets 5 stars. However, the person who sold me the service told both my wife and I the Fox Service would take care of grubs in our lawn. We spent quite a bit of time talking about it. It was the only reason we signed up for a relatively pricey service. When Arren arrived, he told me Fox's programs do nothing for grubs. We were provided a refund for the yearly contract we signed, as it was sold to us under false pretense. We did still have to pay for the initial service call. I am not sure how I feel about that, but I let it go. In summary: Arren the tech: 5 Stars! Fox Pest: 4 Stars. They seem okay and were quick to correct the mistake by releasing us from our yearly service agreement. Fox Sales Person Chris: 0 stars. Not cool man. You just can't lie like that.

All representatives of this company have been respectful to me and that includes Xavier. The day after I called the office about a problem that couldn't wait for the scheduled quarterly visit, Xavier added me to his workload on a Friday afternoon. He was courteous, knowledgable, and efficient. I am very impressed by all the technicians who have come to my house.

Mason Binder, our Fox technician is knowledgeable, thorough, and trustworthy. He called ahead and told me that he was on his way. Once he was here, his performed the quarterly service and told me that he would be back next week when the snow melts to finish. He also checked the bait stations in the basement, refilling them and plugging holes with steel wool. He consistently goes above and beyond and nothing is a problem for him.

From calling Fox to get a technician to come to the house, to the technician coming the very next day was so great. The customer service was so incredibly friendly and helpful it made me feel like I’d never hesitate with calling them. Kurt, our technician was nothing short of brilliant. Very friendly and super knowledgeable. He confirmed we mice have made themselves comfortable rent-free in house. He set everything up and told up if we catch anything to call them and they will come and take care of it. We don’t have to do anything, which is fantastic! Overall so happy thus far with Fox!!

Eric was extremely timely and was able to catch the mouse almost immediately. He was also knowledgeable and serviced the entire house inside and out with a subject matter expert level of professionalism. He was kind and very understanding of our situation. He walked us through everything he did from patching holes on the baseboard to laying more traps inside and out. Gave us piece of mind that we didn’t have a lot to worry about when it came to infestation. HIGHLY Recommend.

I found David to be very prompt, very knowledgeable regarding my situation, and a very nice person to work with. He checked all the points in my house where we have trouble and refilled the bait stations. I found them to be completely thorough and that I truly appreciated. This call was a follow up as the first time that someone came they only did the exterior of the house, do to my not being home. As you could tell, I definitely needed the inside taken care of and David completed all of that. He was well mannered, neat and used gloves while he worked.

We called to have a tech remove yellow jacket nests. We’ve been stung and someone in our home is allergic. The tech was nice but not qualified. He removed a faux nest we had hung on the roof overhang!!! It’s clearly plastic. Believe it or not that faux nest has stopped them from building on the overhang. He then told me he can’t get up into the arborvitae due to a policy of no ladders. For $70 a month I expect you can pay for the insurance to have your people up on ladders. We cancelled our service and are now out a faux nest $35 as well.
