We had some mice issues in the basement and Sosa did such a great job explaining to us what he was doing and why. He seems to be extremely knowledgeable on top of being friendly and professional.

I found David to be very prompt, very knowledgeable regarding my situation, and a very nice person to work with. He checked all the points in my house where we have trouble and refilled the bait stations. I found them to be completely thorough and that I truly appreciated. This call was a follow up as the first time that someone came they only did the exterior of the house, do to my not being home. As you could tell, I definitely needed the inside taken care of and David completed all of that. He was well mannered, neat and used gloves while he worked.

We called to have a tech remove yellow jacket nests. We’ve been stung and someone in our home is allergic. The tech was nice but not qualified. He removed a faux nest we had hung on the roof overhang!!! It’s clearly plastic. Believe it or not that faux nest has stopped them from building on the overhang. He then told me he can’t get up into the arborvitae due to a policy of no ladders. For $70 a month I expect you can pay for the insurance to have your people up on ladders. We cancelled our service and are now out a faux nest $35 as well.

Jonathan was here for our annual termite control - he reviewed the existing locations - making sure we had the correct coverage to protect our home. He was great to walk the property with while looking at prior trap placement and closing any gaps. Talked about landscaping changes we are looking at doing next spring and he made sure we understand how that impacts our termite control and to make sure to schedule him to come out once the changes are complete. Pleasure to work with - makes the annual plan so worth it! Thanks to the Fox team to help protect our home!

Russell was very friendly and explained everything in detail and was very thorough! A very pleasant experience dealing with him! He was very professional and took his time to explain everything to our satisfaction! I was pleasantly surprised because my initial contact with your company.I spoke with Alistaire on a Friday afternoon toward the end of the work day. I gave him all the information he asked for and he told me the rates.And what the company did follow up. And it was understandable that he couldn't give me an appointment time or date because those people had left for the day. He mentioned that someone would be pretty contacting me the following week. When no one contacted me monday or tuesday of the following week I call them on tuesday and is spoke with Rich. He scheduled the appointment for Wednesday and I asked what time frame would they be here?He said between 9 and 5 or 9 and 6 I asked if he could give me a smaller window and he said no.That's all I could get so I wasn't too thrilled with that! I was very satisfied with Jim today. He explained everything he was doing and also explained that why it made sense not to put snap traps back in my basement. Just use the poison boxes which allow them to take the poison and go back out of the building in this weather. I didn't realize that's what happens. So that was a good thing.I learned something new and I'd like to have the follow-up visit in a few months to and sure we're protected for the winter., but it seems like the bug problem has dissipated.We'll have to wait and see.I guess but he was very thorough.Spent time explaining to my son and I what was going on. I have never used a pest control service before.So this is all new to me.But so far i'm impressed that they're doing a good job and we are already seeing positive results!

I want to give a big shout out to the technicians at Fox Pest Control. We had a hornets nest outside our front door back in July and when we called they had technician Nathan come down and he took good care of us and when we decided to get bate boxes around our house to avoid any future pest, Nathan inspected our home thoroughly and went above and beyond with the inspection and he was all smiles and laughs the entire time. I would also like to acknowledge Carlos and Bernard as well, they would do their monthly check ups on the bate boxes and they were great as well. They both were so friendly and willing to reach in the smallest spaces to make sure the job was done and took their time to make sure nothing was missing and would even chat with us for a bit, they were all awesome! Keep up the great work guys!
