DO NOT USE FOX PEST! UPDATE: Despite Fox Pest replying to my review and saying they reached out, I have called numerous times and get the same “someone will reach out.” They damaged my house on two occasions now and deny all wrongdoing. PLEASE read rest of my review so they don’t do this to anyone else but look elsewhere for bug control! I have a natural wood door at my home and the chemicals that Fox sprayed over the summer left a white coating everywhere they sprayed. When i tried to wipe the white coating off, the varnish finish was flaking underneath. I called Fox and a tech came out and they were not sure what caused the white residue but we agreed for them to continue service but were not supposed to spray the door. A few weeks later they came out for the next quarterly treatment and sprayed the wood doors YET AGAIN! With the varnish flaking from the previous visit, now the chemical starting eating through the stain. This occurred in June and I have been trying to get someone from the company to give me a call back for MONTHS. This is also the second time that they have done damage to my house, previously it was a scratched window pane. I provided Fox with all pictures as well as videos from my security cameras evidencing the damage and the spraying, and I cannot get a phone call back. They originally tried saying that none of their chemicals would cause such damage. However, I have pictures and videos of the door immediately before they sprayed and a day later when the white residue appears. Tough to lie in 2025 with all the technology we have! Beware!!!

The Technician Erickson Carvalho was very professional and was extremely thorough in his assessment of the mice's entry points on my second floor. He then sealed these points and inspected the interior and exterior where he set traps specially on the basement to try and allure them to stay downstairs". Explain treatments and product details, inform that he'll follow-up services to ensure the problem is resolved. very please with him

We wanted to compliment Justice Reid. What a fine young man! When he arrived, he let us know he was here and double-checked with us on the area we wanted sprayed for mosquitoes and ticks. After that, he began spraying our property. He was very thorough. He is someone who is so positive, upbeat, and it was a pleasure to have had a wonderful conversation with him. He works hard and is driven, and we can see him going very far with FOX Pest Control. He is very professional and did exactly what we were expecting of FOX and the service we had signed up for. We are happy to report that since FOX had been servicing our property, we had a HUGE decrease in mosquitoes and NO TICKS! We are happy to report that we haven’t had to remove even one tick or flea from our dog this season. Before the service, we were removing ticks daily from our dog from within our fenced-in yard! We’d like to also compliment Alex and Mike for their excellent service too! We have been impressed with FOX as a company and do recommend their services. It’s worked for us! We don’t always remember to leave reviews, but we wanted to make sure that Justice received the kudos he deserves for a job well done! Thanks again, Justice!

We just switched over from Terminix to Fox Pest Control because of the customer service. We had Stephen Checketts approach us at our door and he was really thorough in explaining the benefits of why Fox is a better choice for us and we ended up saving $10 a month. Kyson Critchfield then came for the service the next day and was detail oriented, professional, and came across as very trustworthy. The kind of young man you feel very comfortable with working on your private property. My wife and I own two small businesses and the two young men we have met through Fox are the type that we would personally hire for our businesses too. Solid character and honest young men. We are very pleased with our choice of switching over to Fox. We signed up for both the regular monthly service for pest control as well as the seasonal tick service.

Mike M. was able to get rid of a yellow jacket nest in the wall of my basement. I would definitely not have done this myself, and he handled it very well. I also got a treatment for spiders that have been showing up in my basement. Very professional service, and I would recommend them to anyone. Specifically Mike M, this guy is top notch.
