He is one of the reasons why we have stayed with Fox Pest Control when others have tried to get us to switch. They may offer similar products, but they do not have a Noel Concepcion. Michael Lockhart has been our technician for about a year now and he has always been professional and timely. But recently this week he went above and beyond to arrive earlier in the week to help with a pest issue in my kitchen. Although the primary concern was in our main floor, Michael was extremely thorough and assessed our basement, attic and outdoor perimeter. Michael was kind and respectful. I am extremely grateful for Michael and the fox pest control team.

I’m giving Fox Pest Control a firm thumbs-down. From day one, they sold me on a range of services that frankly did nothing for my home. They came out, put up a ladder, set traps in the attic, and then apparently forgot those traps ever existed. For six months, I’ve been asking them to check these traps. Every month, when they came to collect their payment, they’d tell me, “Oh, we don’t have a ladder on the truck. We’ll have to call the office.” And guess what? It never got done. Finally, I went up there myself and found dead mice that had been sitting so long they were basically just fur and tails. That’s beyond unprofessional. It’s not my job as the homeowner to do their work, especially after I’m paying for their service. To top it off, the dead rodents were right above my son’s bedroom. I had to deal with a manager named Scott who couldn’t be bothered to call me back until the end of the day, claiming he had no cell service. We all know that’s nonsense. It’s just another excuse from a company that doesn’t care about their customers. In short: run as fast as you can from Fox Pest Control. I’ve already hired a local family-owned company to clean up their mess, and Fox will be getting the bill. If needed, I’ll take them to court for reimbursement. They had every chance to handle this professionally with a simple phone call and they failed. Don’t let them waste your time or money.

Exceptional and Considerate Service from Alexandra! Alexandra provided an exceptionally phenomenal service visit. She was incredibly respectful of our light night schedule, taking care not to disturb my sleeping mother by avoiding doorbells. She diligently resolved all our known issues. In a moment of perfect timing, I realized I had forgotten to mention a wasp's nest, and I found her outside already spraying the windows with meticulous, "white glove" care. Steven Donastorg, was our technician today. He was super thorough, skilled, and PATIENT in walking us through everything and educating us. Wiilliam provided excellent service at my home today. He was courteous, pleasant and patient. He answered questions and provided more information than was previously provided. My only issue was that the COMPANY should allow technicians the ability to provide at least a 4 hour window for the service day.

Richard Cahill was awesome! He completed everything we asked, and when we added another task, he handled it without hesitation. He very knowledgeable understanding and listening to what we had to say to him all around a spectacular person. His professionalism was top notch.
