I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Fox Pest Control. I initially called because I had a bee nest on my property. The first technician came out, was unable to locate the nest, and did not properly treat the area. When I called to express my frustration, I was told that I would not be charged the $200 service fee and that another technician would return, address the issue correctly, and only then would I be charged once I was satisfied. Despite that assurance, I was charged anyway. The second technician returned the following day and immediately found the bee nest we had been telling the company about all along. However, after completing the service, they left my gate wide open. As a result, my dog escaped onto a busy main road. My family spent hours searching for our dog, fearing the worst. It was an incredibly stressful and traumatic experience, and our dog could have easily been hit by a car or seriously injured. While I appreciate that the second technician was able to locate the nest, the overall experience was unacceptable. Between the failure to honor what was promised regarding billing, the need for a second visit to solve the original issue, and the negligence that led to my dog running away, I feel Fox Pest Control needs to take responsibility and provide a meaningful resolution. I hope management takes this review seriously and reaches out to address these concerns.

We used another exterminator for over 20 years. We continues to have issues with rodents, and the technicians were not respectful of our time. Today we met Gabe. He was punctual and very detail oriented. He took the time to remove old wasp nests, inspect the property and spent ample time addressing the issues in our basement. When he left, I felt confident that no stone was left unturned. He said he would return in 2 weeks to make sure he addressed our issues. What a wonderful change!! Thank you Fox Pest Control. Michael was absolutely amazing. He came out to inspect a potential wasp/hornet issue and provided one of the best service experiences I’ve had. Thomas from Fox Pest Control did an outstanding job during my treatment service. He was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and patient throughout the entire visit. He took the time to explain everything in detail, showed me different types of insects around the property, and helped me better understand which insects are beneficial and which ones require treatment. I really appreciated how informative and thorough he was. You can tell he genuinely cares about his work and about educating customers, not just completing the service. I learned a lot from him, and the whole experience was excellent from start to finish. I highly recommend Thomas to anyone looking for high-quality pest control service and a technician who truly goes above and beyond!

Evan Rooney of Fox Pest Control was the service technician responsible for treating my home. Evan arrived promptly and communicated with me prior to showing up. Once on the ground Evan and I walked the property and he identified areas that required treatment. He explained the service to me and answered all my questions. Evan was friendly and extremely knowledgeable. He got to work right away laying Rodenicide and spraying my house to help combat Wasps. Additionally he utilized a brush to apply treatment in other areas. Evan let me know that my wood pile was way too close to the structure of my house and made helpful suggestions regarding relocation. Evan was so helpful I brought him inside and introduced him to the whole family. After treating my home Evan informed me that he had set me up with a follow up to check the rodent device he installed and said they would make further assessments. I feel great knowing someone I could trust had performed a professional treatment and assessment of my property. If I were running Fox Pest Control I would do everything possible to retain Evan Roony as an employee. His friendly and knowledgeable demeanor as well as his hard work and attention to detail are in keeping with the highest forms of customer service. Because of Evan I will remain a Fox Pest Control Customer for years to come. My family and I hope to see Evan again at the next scheduled service!

He finished his work in 15 minutes and set up everything until next time. We would only like him to come and do the work in the house. First service with Fox, have been around businesses with pest control for my whole career – 40 years. Issues with moths around high-end wardrobe. He showed up at 4:50 PM, much to my annoyance. Very late, although the time period was between eight and five. Come on Michael was a gentleman who first covered his boots after gathering his gear for several minutes I believe he came in in today good job, but only time will tell He seems to understand his business and assured me that the treatment was very good for areas covered I look forward to working with him again, for years to come, definitely seem like a professional technician Ty I can’t give more then 3 stars because there is no results on the service yet I’m hoping for five
