First service with Fox, have been around businesses with pest control for my whole career – 40 years. Issues with moths around high-end wardrobe. He showed up at 4:50 PM, much to my annoyance. Very late, although the time period was between eight and five. Come on Michael was a gentleman who first covered his boots after gathering his gear for several minutes I believe he came in in today good job, but only time will tell He seems to understand his business and assured me that the treatment was very good for areas covered I look forward to working with him again, for years to come, definitely seem like a professional technician Ty I can’t give more then 3 stars because there is no results on the service yet I’m hoping for five

Luis did an excellent job all around. He came right on time, checked the basement thoroughly for the mice issue we had been having (generally much better now). Then outside, he checked the bait station, which required shoveling the snow to uncover it. He then thoroughly dusted the outside of the house. He was pleasant, with a good sense of humor, and all in all a pleasure to deal with.

I would like to express my sincere appreciation for the excellent service I received today. Thomas was extremely professional, patient, and kind. From the beginning, he took the time to explain everything in detail—what he was doing, the products he was using, and the purpose of each one. It was very important to me that the treatment be safe, as I have pets at home and my child is asthmatic. Thomas truly listened to my concerns, fully understood them, and worked with me to make sure no sprays or anything harmful were used that could affect my family or my animals. Even so, he successfully placed treatments for cockroaches and mice in a safe and effective way. I felt calm, respected, and well taken care of throughout the entire process. I definitely recommend this company and especially Thomas. Excellent and compassionate service.

Nash was excellent. Very thorough asked questions paid attention to everything suggested different things to do just made me feel like that. He really invested the time and thought into figuring out how to get rid of as many mice as we can in my garage and around The outside of my house. I definitely would recommend him as a technician.
