Richard did an unbelievable fantastic job sealing all the places where mice can come in our house. He went above and beyond and his expertise and work ethic is a credit to your company. He was very thorough and has such a pleasant and professional demeanor. It’s a pleasure to meet someone who takes pride in their job and after almost a whole day in the heat he was just as pleasant and accommodating when he was done. I would highly recommend your company based on the service Richard provided. He is an asset to your company!

Thank you, Adam! You were able to rid us of the stinging creatures’ nests so that we can enjoy our back deck again. As much as nature needs them, they simply could not stay where they were.

Adam was extremely kind and courteous! He showed us the traps, some empty, some not and explained everything while he did it. After Adam left, I felt reassured that we had been making the right choice for our best management by firing Fox. He even gave us some personal tips on keeping fox and coyotes away from our little homestead. Thank you Adam!

Charles Spells has been fantastic to work with! He helped us tremendously with a small ant issue we were dealing with and was incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and thorough throughout the entire process. After addressing the immediate problem, he completed our preventative treatment and took the time to explain everything he was doing and what we could expect. We've already noticed a huge difference since the treatment, and it's given us so much peace of mind. We're excited to continue our service through the package we signed up for. If you're looking for someone who is friendly, reliable, and truly cares about providing great service, we highly recommend Charles and the team at Fox Pest!

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Fox Pest Control. I initially called because I had a bee nest on my property. The first technician came out, was unable to locate the nest, and did not properly treat the area. When I called to express my frustration, I was told that I would not be charged the $200 service fee and that another technician would return, address the issue correctly, and only then would I be charged once I was satisfied. Despite that assurance, I was charged anyway. The second technician returned the following day and immediately found the bee nest we had been telling the company about all along. However, after completing the service, they left my gate wide open. As a result, my dog escaped onto a busy main road. My family spent hours searching for our dog, fearing the worst. It was an incredibly stressful and traumatic experience, and our dog could have easily been hit by a car or seriously injured. While I appreciate that the second technician was able to locate the nest, the overall experience was unacceptable. Between the failure to honor what was promised regarding billing, the need for a second visit to solve the original issue, and the negligence that led to my dog running away, I feel Fox Pest Control needs to take responsibility and provide a meaningful resolution. I hope management takes this review seriously and reaches out to address these concerns.

Our technician Bradley was awesome! He arrived early, was very friendly and took the time to walk the house explaining all aspects of bugs and bug removal. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything clearly and made the visit easy. Would definitely recommend him and hopefully the next time we need something he’s the guy who comes out. Thanks!

We used another exterminator for over 20 years. We continues to have issues with rodents, and the technicians were not respectful of our time. Today we met Gabe. He was punctual and very detail oriented. He took the time to remove old wasp nests, inspect the property and spent ample time addressing the issues in our basement. When he left, I felt confident that no stone was left unturned. He said he would return in 2 weeks to make sure he addressed our issues. What a wonderful change!! Thank you Fox Pest Control. We look forward to your continued service!
