Just days after hiring a professional window cleaning company to clean my exterior high windows, Fox Pest Control's first ever service visit ruined the windows by spraying their substances all over the windows, making them filthier than ever. Days of rain have done nothing to fix this issue. Despite my best efforts, I have yet to hear from Fox Pest Control as to how they will make this right, nor have I been refunded the money spent for their services. Extremely disappointing. I would avoid at all costs.

Joseph Maresca did a great job during our quarterly service. He was professional, thorough, and took the time to explain everything clearly. He inspected both the interior and exterior carefully and made sure all treatments were applied properly. Chris is very nice, polite, and very professionnel. He checked every base station, close and seal all the entrances from outside to inside. He put some traps to help and also to put a cover vent outside so no rodents can come inside anymore. He went beyond his job.

I had a very disappointing experience with this pest control company. The information provided during the sales process was inaccurate and misleading, which directly influenced my decision to sign up for service. When I later attempted to cancel after realizing the discrepancies, the company refused to honor the cancellation and was extremely uncooperative. Transparency and honesty are critical in service-based businesses, and unfortunately that was not my experience here. I would strongly recommend that others review all terms carefully and get everything in writing before committing.

Alex appeared on time, appeared to know what he was doing and explained things clearly. We agreed he would contact me and make an appointment to return in one month (December) to check/renew the baits inside the house. He DID NOT tell me the paper he had me sign as he left was a contract! I assumed it was a receipt. I am pretty sure he thought it had been explained to me by Andrew and Brandon because I told him I had satisfactory talk with them. But this did not happen. I spoke to Maddy in the Utah office, and this contract is voided--we will define a new deal. None of this is Alex's problem. I look forward to seeing him for indoor service in early December 2025.
