From the sales pitch, to customer service to actual service call, things have worked out well for us. Any hiccups we may have encountered were addressed and corrected with effective communication and solutions. So far, I am very pleased with the service. Make sure to request Darrell complete your initial inspection. He went above and beyond what I expected and will be the only tech I’ll work with moving forward.

The salesman was very friendly and informative, so I took a chance with an instant decision. The technician who came later was so professional, efficient, yet polite and personable. The two of them gave me confidence that I will be satisfied with Fox’s service. So far, we are seeing reduced insect sightings in less than a week after treatment!

Treatment of exterior of home. First treatment in 1 year. Will monitor for effectiveness. Technician did not come prepared to tend to points of entry. I previously stuffed steel wool in the large "point of entry" several months ago. Fee is better than when I had Ehrlich or Terminix. I have a lock-in price as long as I continue with service. Call back service is included if needed at no extra fee.

Vincent did an outstanding job with our pest control service. He was professional, knowledgeable, and arrived on time. He explained the treatment process clearly, answered all of our questions, and made sure everything was taken care of thoroughly. We really appreciated his attention to detail and excellent customer service. I highly recommend Vincent to anyone looking for reliable and effective pest control!

Excellent, professional, respectful and knowledgeable service person. Properly dressed, in a clean uniform and clean shoes. Believe me - all of these touches make a difference in presentation and professionalism and how anyone should rate a tech entering into their home.

Just days after hiring a professional window cleaning company to clean my exterior high windows, Fox Pest Control's first ever service visit ruined the windows by spraying their substances all over the windows, making them filthier than ever. Days of rain have done nothing to fix this issue. Despite my best efforts, I have yet to hear from Fox Pest Control as to how they will make this right, nor have I been refunded the money spent for their services. Extremely disappointing. I would avoid at all costs.

Joseph Maresca did a great job during our quarterly service. He was professional, thorough, and took the time to explain everything clearly. He inspected both the interior and exterior carefully and made sure all treatments were applied properly. I especially appreciated his attention to detail and helpful recommendation about trimming the overhanging trees to prevent future issues. Overall, excellent service—thank you!

Darrel is awesome! He communicates clearly, is reliable, and always makes sure he’s providing stellar service. It’s such a relief to work with someone who takes pride in what they do and keeps you informed every step of the way. Highly recommend!

Chris is very nice, polite, and very professionnel. He checked every base station, close and seal all the entrances from outside to inside. He put some traps to help and also to put a cover vent outside so no rodents can come inside anymore. He went beyond his job.

I had a very disappointing experience with this pest control company. The information provided during the sales process was inaccurate and misleading, which directly influenced my decision to sign up for service. When I later attempted to cancel after realizing the discrepancies, the company refused to honor the cancellation and was extremely uncooperative. Transparency and honesty are critical in service-based businesses, and unfortunately that was not my experience here. I would strongly recommend that others review all terms carefully and get everything in writing before committing.
