On occasion, we have had rover ants return between treatments, and Chem Free always responded quickly and took care of the problem. “Contacted Chem-free after moving into our new home to manage the fire ants. The representative they sent to my home was not someone I felt comfortable letting into my home. I later spoke to a representative that assured me someone else would take over our needs. After several months of the fire ants remaining to be an issue. The same gentleman was sent to my home again. He left ant bait or something all over my driveway and sidewalk and promptly left a bill. I finally reached someone at Chem-Free who told me my name was mixed up with someone else in the system and thats where the mistake came from. Regardless, I ended up paying over $200 for the frustrating experience that left me with the same issue as before I called. Ants! I would not suggest anyone deal with this company. Their system makes you believe you're spending local but they're just a part of ABC Pest and Lawn.”
