“Pros: Arrived on time. Cons: Poor communication. Bait and switch con artists Deceitful business practices. Here is my story: I purchased a Groupon for an 'Organic or Regular Interior and Exterior Pest-Control Service from Berrett Pest Control ($200 Value)'. When my husband called to schedule an appointment, Brian put on the hard sell to get us to sign up for a contract. My husband asked him to email information and we would get back with him. Only then was he able to make an appointment for service. At NO TIME did my husband agree to contract services. He only requested more information. On the day of service, the Alberto the technician arrived on time (early actually, which was great!). He immediately put an electronic tablet in my hand and asked for my signature. When I asked if I could read what I was signing, he seemed very annoyed. When he handed it back to me, I saw that it said 'Quarterly Pest Control Services' at the top. I said that I would not sign a quarterly service because that was not what we requested. He said that he would not be able to spray unless I signed. I said that we had not agreed to Quarterly service that we only agreed to the Groupon service. My husband told Alberto that when he had spoken with Brian that he had asked him to email him information and he and received nothing. Alberto then said that he would have to call his office to 'get this straightened out'. He sat out in his truck for about 30 minutes. When he came to our door, he asked if we had talked to Brian. We said no. He said that they had tried to call and no one had answered. It turned out that our phone was turned down and so we did not hear it ring. My husband called the number back and spoke to a young lady on the phone. She asked if we had received an email and my husband said no that he had not received an email. He then told her that we only wanted the Groupon service and nothing more. She asked him to talk to Brian and he refused. He told her to have Alberto do the service we bought with our Groupon and to leave. Only after all of this drama did Alberto finally spray our house and yard. In my opinion, this company's business practices are underhanded and deceitful. I will never do business with this company ever again and I will tell anyone and everyone that I know NOT to do business with Berrett Pest Control.”

He had more knowledge about little critters than any other pest exterminator I've used in the past. I will sign up with Berrett going forward, mostly because of Adam. Thanks!”
