“I called AGAD in hopes of using their bed bug dog (NYX) to ease my mind on the possibility of having bed bugs. Found one crawling on me during the weekend at a store I was at. Due to having bed bugs in the past, I decided to give AGAD a call that Monday to see if I could get an inspection done. The were prompt and friendly and were able to get out to me in a couple of days. Cliff, the dog handler, was very knowledgeable, courteous, and determined to help one out. My place was free of bed bugs, and he placed a test bug in the apt. to show us that Nyx was indeed working. His dog came out to my apartment a couple of years ago to confirm that I didn’t have bed bugs (he even brought a bug with him in a container to hide in a drawer to make sure the dog found it and was working). I thought I brought bed bugs back from Europe, and have been paranoid ever since. Cliff continues to answer my questions about them, and if I ever feel like I have a bed bug issue in the future, I will definitely hire him and his awesome dog again. Definitely use him if you’re even mildly concerned you might have those monster bed bugs!”
