“I don't typically review industry professionals, but this company went above and beyond in my opinion. I now feel very confident highly recommending United because after several months and several different properties/ inspections both the team in the office and the owner personally have reached out to make sure that my experience was exceptional. Best of all, in the most recent experience I had with another pest company who failed to do their job after they had certified a property was clear of dry rot and damage, United termite came in found the problems and was able fix it immediately where the other company wanted to push us off nearly a week which was going to cause further delays. The reason there would be more delays is because we had va loan, and this requires a clear past certification in order to fund. Both myself and the other agent went back-and-forth with both companies diligently to move forward quickly, and United stepped up to the plate and did it for a fair price where the other company who made a mistake squabbled and made us less then a priority and treated us more as a problem.
