He’s reliable, responsive, and always willing to go the extra mile—including taking care of things like treating houseplants to eliminate those pesky flying insects. We have been using Orkin for over a decade, and yesterday, the inidividul (first initial J.) that was sent out to treat our property, did not complete his job. All he did was wipe down a few spinder webs and left. He claims he treated the foundation and the areas around the house with "Plyzone". He did not treat anything, he was here about ten minutes and then took off. I specifically walked the property with him, and told him what areas were important to treat because of previous ant problems. In addition, I asked him to see me prior to leaving the house and he did not. I called Orkin customer service immediatley and let them know that the job had not been completed. All areas around the house were completly dry, no liquid product was used. I have numerous pictures showing that nothing was sprayed. The Orkin customer service respresentative that I spoke with was extrememly nice and accommodating. Another Orkin specialist will be sent out in a week to complete the job.
