“I can't say enough about this company and Kyle the owner of Pro Active Pest Control. I was with North America Pest Control for 3 years and they never could get rid of my Earwig problem. they had me convinced that if I did not have them out once a moth my Earwigs would be worse and I would be killing more then the 8 to 10 a night in my home I was killing myself even with their "Treatments". I finally told them to take a hike and found Pro Active Pest Control on the internet. I was very skeptical and thought I would get the same run around and yet still have Earwigs. Kylie promised they would taken care of and that I would not need monthly treatments both in and outside my home as I had been having to do. So I thought I would give him a try, thinking he was full of hot air just like the others. It's been about 6 months now I am very happy to report that after the second treatment (both in first two months at no extra charge) the Earwigs are GONE! No more finding them all over my home on a nightly basis. I kept waiting for the Earwigs to come back but NO! The only thing that makes me mad is how much money I wasted on the other company that ripped me off on a monthly basis. You won't go wrong using Pro Active, Kyle is very professional, shows up on time, calls the day before to remind me he will be out like I asked him to and is the only one to get the job done in the right way.
