“Paid him for 20 years. Recently it was discovered that I had termite damage so I called him. He said all he’s responsible for is to respray. He won’t cover any damages. Said he switched me over to a different policy. The 20 years were a struggle to ever get him to come out. He mailed invoices and always wanted to get paid first, then you have to call and set up a service date. Problem is he will NOT return your call. I’m on my own here and will have to get another company. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!”
