Orkin guy came by the house on a day that I was not at home, was very persistent on doing some work while he was there. So he did the front yard only and left(due to the rest of my house being locked off). Orkin never returned on a later date yet still expected full payment for the work of the front yard, backyard, and inside of the house. Company is forcing me to pay for a full service(which was not complete), so I have discontinued their services and found a better and more thorough company who will actually do their entire job and not bully you out of money for services which were not fully done.

I am a little disappointed in how Orkin has been conducting business lately. I signed a termite contract with them in October 2021 for five years for bait traps around my home. However, since the transition of branch managers this year, the service has been horrible. I call and/or email literally every week to try to get a simple yearly appointment to have my bait traps checked and a home inspection done. It seems like the only time this place moves with a purpose is when I want to get something added to my home that results in more money being spent that someone with come out in a couple of days. The lady at the front desk really tries to get the supervisors to do their job to include the new branch manager but it is always a constant delay in service. At this point, my high expectations I once had for Orkin are gone until shown otherwise. I would not currently recommend them to any family and friends due to their lack of communication and constant delays of scheduling appointments for already paid services.

My experience with Orkin was the best. Everyone that came and done work in my home was professional,nice,and very good at their job. Peter does a good job spraying my home inside and out. Curtis done a great job with my vents and dehumidifier and inspection of all the hard work done by the crew putting in dry zone and termite station . Kyle also done a good job with inspection as well on our home. I'm so grateful we chose them .

Called with let’s just say a big issue :). Exterminator was sent next day first thing in the morning! Brandon was awesome, did a through inspection and deployed a product to take care of the issue. Also took time to explain the lifecycle of the little critters, their habits and exactly how the product would not only eliminate the bugs but stop their lifecycle. Very pleased with the service and highly recommend.

I recently called Orkin for a problem that I had in my home. There was a rat that I could not catch for 2 weeks...I bought every poison and every trap I could buy. The problem was still there. I was terrified! The rat was bigger than a squirrel! So. I decided to call Orkin. I was able to get an appointment the same day! The exterminator Perry, gave me reassurance that the rat would be exterminated! He was very knowledgeable and skilled. I had doubts a first but he made me a believer! The next day the rat was dead!! I felt relieved. I highly recommend Orkin! They are best in the business!
