“This used to be an excellent company, but has gone downhill the past couple of years. This past year, rodents made nests in the Killer’s bait boxes in our basement, because no one from Killer’s put bait in them. It’s often months between service visits, no matter how bad the problems get. There has been a steady turnover in employees, so you have to show each new person where the traps are and what the problems are. One of their employees sprayed for spiders while we were in the house, which I have since learned is against the law. If the Killers worked half as hard to kill mice and spiders as they do calling you to purchase an annual renewal, they’d be great.”
