“Well, if he ever would have gotten back to me, then I could have given a more accurate rating. The first time I called I left a message. I called again and talked to him he said he would call me back. I thought maybe he got sick or something bad had happened. My husband told me I was optimistic. I finally did get a hold of him after at least a half dozen times. He came over and assessed the situation and said he would get back to me. After many texts to him and voice mails, then I got a hold of him. He was going to call me back in an hour. Never heard back. After a month, we did the job ourselves....so far so good. I would give a one star, but it is too strong of language.”
