“I am selling my mothers mobile home. An offer was made, but the inspector was unable to get underneath the trailer to inspect because he said a raccoon was hissing at him. Well, I won't go into too much detail about rodent-adverse inspectors, but I obviously had a problem bigger than setting a couple of rat traps. I called around and found EcoLife, they said they also repair damage from rodents (beyond the scope of most exterminators). When Mike got under there, he showed me the extensive damage the rodents had done as they were apparently setting up their homes and inviting all their friends over for parties. The vapor barrier and insulation had been shredded and a duct had been torn down. I agreed to the quote and thankfully, they were able to start the next day. While the guys were down there ripping out the insulation, they had live rats fall on them (you could not pay me enough to do that job), and as they were near finishing, they found a dead skunk as an added bonus. I could not be happier than I am with Mike and the gang at Ecolife. I felt for all the time spent, the amount of materials required and the less than ideal working conditions, I could not have had a better job done. I recommended them to my realtor and my contractor.”
