If I could give 0 stars I would. This company uses scare tactics to promote attic remediation for rodents. After my initial panic of realizing I had a rodent issue, I completed research which allowed me to understand the slimy nature of these pest control companies who offer attic insulation, etc. I had a second company come out to provide an estimate for THE SAME EXACT PROJECT and it was $3k less than what was provided by Terminix - the company contracts out to Terminix so it wouldn't have been even different people completing the task. BOTTOM-LINE: do you research, don't trust these companies, get numerous estimates before you do anything - do not let them scare you into doing something.

Very unhappy… today we had a visit scheduled to check our termite pods. The tech posted he was here and I saw him drive by and take a picture and keep driving. I waited for him to come back and service but he did not and then pasted pictures of the other peoples pods in my receipt. I know because I was here, he was not on my cameras and the pictures he showed were of other peoples bushes as we don’t have the plants in the photo. He did use the front of our house in the photo. When I called to complain they sent the person back without management coming to address so I had to address the situation. This after three no shows previously thus I canceled all of our services today. It is not about money but honesty, ethics and respect of my time.

Signed up online. Selected an available date/time via the website. Day came. No one came. Received a call late the next day from a tech, saying he would be out on Thursday. What? Not asking when I'm available, didn't apologize for a no show. I told him Thursday no one would be home. Could we do Friday or another day the next week? He told me he would check and get back to me. No call TH, F, or M. I call today and ask for a slot this week and none are available, but plenty available next week when no one is around. Terminix corporate: They should have slotted me in this week since it was your issue with missing the scheduled time, then not calling, then not following up. I'm a NEW customer. Anyway, I cancelled service before I even got started. Guess they don't need new business. Avoid.

Service Technicians are polite and respectful of personal property. Sean always provides prior notice of scheduled exterior services. There is consistent inquiry on current conditions and follow up.

Sales guy said I had bedbugs. Paid $1600 for treatment that never fixed the problems I had. Totally incorrect and incompetent. Fleas and bird mites. After 3 treatments they started acting like I was imagining all the bug bites I was describing and showing them and refused additional treatments. Incorrect and incompetent diagnoses and then would not pivot when they figured out they were wrong in the first place.

Serviceman didn’t perform a thorough inspection. If he did he would have noticed missing stakes on rear of home. He trampled through my front fllower bed rather than walk on walkway to go to the other end. He walked on top of several flowers emerging through the mulch. Very disappointed in the lack of respect and quality of service!!! I’ve reported to Terminix through customer service but no response. I called the customer service again at the number provided in their response. I again was told someone would reach out to me. But no one has. It's been 2 months total of 4 calls - all with promise someone would respond.
